Alan Hoshor has worked in the computer industry for much of his life. He started manufacturing computer components, advanced to programming, then assembly of computers, design of computers, networking, management of software development, and finally information systems management. Alan has worked in large industry, most recently: Engineering Services Manager at Motorola, Senior Development and Operations management at Microsoft. 10 years ago, Alan created Hoshor Systems Consulting to service small businesses in Snohomish County, Washington. To keep fit, Alan still runs about 20 miles a week. He also tries to keep up-to-date with all things computer....an impossible task. He is excited about the possibilities for SBS, the best product Microsoft has ever provided to small businesses at a very reasonable price. |

Eric Berglund has extensive experience with the Windows platform. As an IT manager he has helped administrate all of Microsoft's server products, including Small Business Server. In addition, he's developed successful .NET web and standalone applications. He graduated from the University of Washington in 2006. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing. |
